FAQs

What are the approximate costs of the season?

Cost for the AA player: $ 800. This includes training and the season (league fees, coaches, referees, admin, field costs (interior and exterior, 2 sets of uniforms, training shirt and backpack)

How many games will be played outside the Outaouais?

Hard to say specifically - as it depends on the number of teams from the Outaouais. If there are two other teams from our region, there would be 3 teams in total so all these matches would be played in Chelsea, Hull, Gatineau and Aylmer. This past year, the U16AA teams played 7 of their 14 matches in Montreal (on the west island of Mtl).

What is the schedule like (games and practices per week)?

Quite similar to D1 - two practices and one game (when in Montreal, it'll be on the weekend) per week, no more than three weeks of vacation are acceptable.  Practices start earlier (April) and the season ends in late August.

What is the mode of transportation?

This will be decided by parents of the team.  Historically, parents have carpooled either taking turns driving or receiving a minimal fee for each player.
